The Shaikh Group Partners with The Munich Security Conference

The Shaikh Group's
Track II "Dialogue for Mutual Security in the Middle East" partnered with the Munich Security Conference (MSC) in the context
of the latter's Core Group Meetings
convened in Cairo
(Oct 26-28) and Doha (Oct 28-30).
Global power participants in TSG's Track II initiative - former officials and senior experts from the US, Russia, China, India and Europe - discussed ideas for regional mutual security in closed-door side meetings with senior interlocutors from relevant regional countries. The meetings were co-hosted by TSG and the MSC and marked the transition of the Track II initiative from its global into its regional phase.
